Buying
Online
We are happy to supply all Whitlam putters and
wedges direct to you through the online shop on this
site.
Putters come as standard with a Yellow Whitlam Golf
Headcover and will be made to your custom length. Please note that
our standard length is 34 inches. Putters ordered to non-standard
length are subject to occasional delays depending on when the order
is received.
All putters and wedges will be dispatched within
24 hours using UPS 48 Hour service where a signature is required
upon delivery. Shipping within the UK except for the Scottish
Highlands and Islands is FREE.
Payment online is by all major
credit cards and transactions are processed securely through Paypal.

Returns and Refund
Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please
check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied
correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return
them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused
condition for a full refund less any postage costs. Please note that
no refund is available for products made to custom sizes. This
includes all putters not supplied to our standard length (34 inches)
and all wedges, which are custom order only.
