All Whitlam Putters can be purchased online through this site or from a growing number of Whitlam Stockists throughout Europe.
All are stockists are carefully selected for the service they offer and their enthusiasm for the Whitlam brand. You should expect to receive a high level of care and attention when buying your putter either through us or a stockist, with the result that your putter will be right for you and your game.
Certain stockists offer a more developed level of custom fit and in most cases there are additional charges for such service. These charges represent the time and skill involved and we feel they represent great value. The results are usually compelling!
However you decide to buy your putter, please be assured that service is uppermost and customer satisfaction paramount to Whitlam Golf.
Buying Online through Whitlam Golf
We are happy to supply all Whitlam putters and wedges direct to you though the online shop on this site.
Putters come as standard with a Yellow Whitlam Golf Headcover and will be made to your custom length. Please note that our standard length is 34 inches. Putters ordered to non-standard length are subject to occasional delays depending on when the order is received.
All putters and wedges will be dispatched by Next-Day service within 24 hours of the order being confirmed. We ship by FedEx and a signature is required upon delivery. Shipping within the UK except for the Scottish Highlands and Islands is free.
Payment online is by all major credit cards and transactions are processed securely though the services of Barclays Bank. If you have any questions about our products before ordering then please contact us.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less any postage costs. Please note that no refund is available for products made to custom sizes. This includes all putters not supplied to our standard length (34 inches) and all wedges, which are custom order only.
